Assembla/Unity Cloud Build - How to fix connectivity issues?

This article is created to address issues related to connecting to Assembla Subversion repository using Unity Cloud Build. The error received may look similar to the following:

To resolve this issue, Unity Cloud Build Team have placed a new checkout behaviour behind a per-project flag that must be manually set for your project by sending an email to cloudbuild@unity3d.com  including contact information/project info with a note that they should have their project enabled for the new SVN checkout method. They 'll get back to you as soon as it's done.
